To replace without too much expense, failing hardware, which I used mainly for word processing and for Internet, I was looking for a central unit for a good price-quality ratio, with especially Windows 7. Light, fast, silent, it completely corresponds to my wishes : it is well-equipped (this is the model with 8 Gb of RAM and a 500gb hard drive) with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit in French and Word Starter 2010, all pre-installed. No concern for the service, I have connected the screen, the keyboard, the mouse, I started up, everything was recognized and directly functional. No problem to reinstall my printer and my usual software. Just a small fright in the unpacking when I noticed that the tower presented itself as a big shot on the top, I have of course reported to the customer service department, photos with the support. Its operation is not visibly affected, a quick and satisfying solution for me has been proposed. The customer service I was also shown how to create a DVD of rebootage and has provided me with an invoice of purchase. Very good contact, quick and clear answers, which is a serious and reassuring. I recommend this purchase.. Very fast delivery!! The tower is sturdy and seems of good quality. The components are very well chosen and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Although the OS is pre installed, the CD drivers are provided (as well as the boxes of the components). The early starts, the machine seems to be really powerful.
